These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our express parcel delivery, same-day courier services, last-mile delivery solutions, freight forwarding, and e-commerce shipping management services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
1. Definitions

- “Services” refers to the express parcel delivery, same-day courier services, last-mile delivery solutions, freight forwarding, and e-commerce shipping management provided by BrambleFleet Logistics.
- “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity using our Services.
- “Shipment” refers to all packages, parcels, freight, or documents that are tendered to and accepted by us for carriage under a single tracking number or waybill.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By tendering Shipment to BrambleFleet Logistics, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions, which shall apply to all services provided by us. Any terms and conditions of the Customer that conflict with these Terms & Conditions are expressly rejected and shall not apply.
3. Scope of Services
BrambleFleet Logistics offers a range of delivery and logistics solutions, including but not limited to:
- Express parcel delivery
- Same-day courier services
- Last-mile delivery solutions
- Freight forwarding
- E-commerce shipping management
Specific details, pricing, and service levels are subject to individual agreements or quotes provided by BrambleFleet Logistics.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for:
- Ensuring all information provided for a Shipment is accurate and complete, including recipient address, contact details, and content description.
- Properly and securely packaging all Shipments to withstand the ordinary risks of carriage.
- Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs requirements, including those related to restricted, prohibited, or hazardous materials.
- Paying all applicable charges, including freight charges, duties, taxes, and any other costs incurred in connection with the Shipment.
5. Prohibited Items
The following items are generally prohibited from carriage by BrambleFleet Logistics:
- Hazardous materials not declared or improperly packaged
- Live animals or human remains
- Illegal goods (e.g., narcotics, counterfeit goods)
- Firearms, ammunition, or explosives
- Perishable goods requiring refrigeration (unless by specific agreement)
- Any other item deemed unsafe or unsuitable for transport by BrambleFleet Logistics’ discretion.
Full details of prohibited and restricted items are available upon request. BrambleFleet Logistics reserves the right to refuse any Shipment that it deems non-compliant with these Terms or applicable laws.
6. Right to Inspect
BrambleFleet Logistics, or any government authority, reserves the right to open and inspect any Shipment at any time for security and safety purposes, or to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, without prior notice to the Customer.
7. Delays and Non-Delivery
BrambleFleet Logistics will use reasonable efforts to deliver Shipments according to our regular delivery schedules but does not guarantee delivery by a specific time or date. We are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, public enemies, acts of terrorism, civil commotions, acts of public authorities, labor disputes, or mechanical delays of aircraft or vehicles. In the event of non-delivery for reasons attributable to the Customer (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailability), additional charges may apply for re-delivery or return.
8. Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to any Shipment is limited to the lesser of:
- The actual value of the Shipment at the time of loss or damage; or
- A specific financial limit per Shipment, as outlined in our service guides or specific agreements.
BrambleFleet Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, income, interest, or loss of market, whether or not we had knowledge that such damages might be incurred. Customers are advised to arrange their own insurance for valuable Shipments.
9. Claims
All claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing to BrambleFleet Logistics within a specified period from the date of acceptance of the Shipment by us, as stated in our claims procedure or relevant service agreement. Failure to submit a claim within the stipulated time will result in the claim being waived.
10. Data Protection
BrambleFleet Logistics handles your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Amendments
BrambleFleet Logistics reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our online platform. Your continued use of our Services after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
